Set up FlowBridge Alerts with Slack

1. Go to your Slack environment

2. Click on the specific channel you want the webhook for

1. Click on the title of the channel at the top

1. Click "Integrations"

1. Click "Add an app"

1. Click the "Search by name or category (e.g. productivity, sales)" field.

1. Type "webhook" on Incoming Webhook

2. Click "View"

1. Click "Configuration"

1. Click "Add to Slack"

1. Click "Choose a channel…"

1. Type the name of the channel

2. Click the name of the channel

1. Click "Add Incoming webhooks integration"

1. Select the URL next to the Webhook URL section

1. Right-click the selected URL and copy it

1. Go to the FlowBridge Alerts page on FlowBridge

2. Click "Voiceflow Alerts"

1. Click "New voiceflow alerts"

1. Click on the Channel dropdown and select the Slack Channel

1. Click this Voiceflow Project dropdown and select your voiceflow project

1. Click the "Url*" field.

1. Paste in the Webhook URL

2. Click "Create"
